The Great Nymph Hunt
Mission
Find and kill 25 4th instar nymphs this week. The red stage is the most visually striking — and one of the most important to eliminate before adults emerge. Hunt at dusk on Tree of Heaven, grapevines, and ornamental trees.
What to look for
Red-and-black body, ~½" to ¾", bright white polka dots. Moves fast. Check lower trunk of ToH trees and undersides of leaves on grapevines.
